Hey Everyone: I'm hosting another meetup on Wednesday, January 26, from 6:30-8:30 at the Historic Train Station in Quakertown. I've created an event in Bigger Pockets, so be sure to get there and register. You can also go to the FB Page for additional details.

Get signed up for our 2nd meetup located at the Historic Train Station in Quakertown. We will have Jonathan Campbell, VP of DLP Real Estate Capital. DLP SOLD over 2600 homes in 2021, raised over $800 Million in capital, & has $2 billion in assets under management. The only way these results have been achieved is by setting SMART Goals and executing on daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly rocks & wigs!

This is guaranteed to be a great discussion and I'm confident you will walk away with something new that will help your business.

In the meantime. I've created a Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/group... Join us!

So... I'm having a tough time securing a location. If anyone has recommendations let me know.

So far I've tried: The gathering place, McCooles, The Train Station, The Proper Brewing Co.

Some places are available but have high costs to rent them. Looking for somewhere inexpensive so we can offer the meetup for free.

Hey Everyone - I'm working on getting our next Meetup scheduled for Thursday December 16. I'm working on a location and have put some requests out to a few locations.

Since our last meetup was pretty informal and just getting to know everyone, this meetup will be more structured.

Format would be as follows:

7:00 - 7:15 - Arrive and network

7:15 - 8:00 - Main Discussion (Mindset & Goal Setting for 2022) Bring your ideas & best practices

8:00 - 8:30 - Networking

I'll be setting up an official event page via BP and Facebook & possibly Meetup.

@John Majoris

Lower price point and stable rents. More affordable than the Lehigh Valley with similar rents.

@Frank Mancuso

I would suggest looking on the outskirts of the Lehigh Valley - check into Wind Gap, Bath, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Lehighton and Slatington.

I know of a few portfolios about to hit the market in the Slatington area that would produce good cash flow.

I just purchased a duplex in Pen Argyl that will cash flow about $600 a month after CapEx, Repairs, & vacancy.

Post: Bought a property in my name, do I deposit rent into my account?

@Scott M.

Thanks Scott. That’s what I was leaning towards.
