@Caleb Bryant Oh, that makes sense. I didn't know there was a deal posting questionnaire, good to know.

My current focus is apartment syndication. If you're familiar, then you know what I do. If you're not familiar, I pool investors to acquire, then profit from the managing and sale of multi-family apartment complexes. I target Class B Value-Add properties with a minimum of 100 units.

So, you're in Huntsville, AL. How's the market there?

@Caleb Bryant Lol, sorry man. No disrespect intended. You can never be too sure when it comes to open public forums. Glad to know you're the real deal. Congrats!

I've seen similar post like this throughout my alerts recently. I think this post may be apart of a bunch of fake accounts or phishing posts. Be careful everyone. Let's keep the integrity of BP alive and well.

this post looks an awful like these posts:

What are the three biggest pain points you have within your apartment syndication business?

@Carl Fischer Thanks for replying. I'm actually not doing anything right now. As I stated in my message I have a property I'm about to pull the trigger on and was looking for the best entity to purchase the property under with regards to taxes and personal protection.

@Lance Lvovsky Thanks for replying. I have a call with a real estate focused cpa firm later today.

Hi all,

I'm just starting my real estate investor journey. I have a property I'm my crosshairs, but before I pull the trigger I'd like to get some community feedback on the best entity to purchase under for tax benefit and personal protection. I'm currently wholesaling and flipping sfh's and 2-4 flats. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Nate
