Thank you for the reply. I'm not sure how to check the amount owed in the property.

Hello,

I hope to purchase an investment property that the owner is going through Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I contacted the trustee, the mortgage company, and have been told I need to work directly with the owner, as the person still has possession of the home. What are the appropriate next steps?

Thank you,

Natasha

Post: Funding for fourplex

Hello,

I am motivated to purchase a fourplex after looking at Brandon's recent broadcast. Actual this has been in the making for some time. I have identified the fourplex I would like to purchase and now looking for a lender. I hope to put less than 20% down, hopefully, 15% or less. Any lenders out there offering less than 20% down for investors?

Thank you,

Natasha

Hello,

Are there options to finance a fourplex with less than 20% down? I will be purchasing as an investor and do not plan to occupy.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
