I found a vacant house while driving around. I looked it up. According to public records, the person who owns the home died in 2009. No living descendants that I can find. Not sure what to do now. Any advice?

I highly recommend"Rejection Proof" by Jia Jiang. I was terrified to call people. While I'm not a pro at calling people (yet) that book literally changed my life. My husband doesn't even believe I'm the same person. The book is not about calling people but about bringing rejected, which is after all at the base of at least my fears. It's on my top ten off all time books.

Here are some interesting articles I found about Scrum and Construction. It actually has a name, agile construction management.  I'm going to pursue this more. I still think it is a good idea.

I plan on going to the auction too. Guess I'll be seeing you there.

So this post was a long time ago. I also live in Louisville, and since you are still active you've probably bought a few properties at auction. What did you find out?
