Is it legal to find a tenant/buyer for a seller who will take care of all maintenance and repairs who will give the rent directly to the seller every month. Get your assignment fee for it and be out of the deal at that point?

When you are doing wholesale lease options and are offering the seller market price. When the tenant/buyer closes on the property will it be the market price at the time of signing the agreement or the market price when they actually buy it. For example after two years of renting to own it?

Hello, BP Fam. I’m getting into Lease Options. I’m in the Orlando area. In this market by what percentage can you mark up the sale price of the home when marketing to the tenant/buyer. As well what percent can you increase the rent than it would normally go for?

It's when you create a duel agency. For example, when you're looking for on-market deals on the MLS instead of working with a buyer's agent to make offers you go talk to the listing agent unrepresented. You tell them you want to make an offer on the listing, and that you want them to represent you as your buyer's agent on that specific deal. So the listing agent would also be the buyer's agent, and therefore be getting paid on both sides.

I really want to try Jerry Norton’s double dipping method where you get realtors to bring you deals. But wanted to know if it was allowed in Florida?
