@Jesse Daconta, thanks for the note. I've only been exposed to more traditional SFH or Duplex units so honestly apartment syndication never crossed my mind. Downloaded the audible book to learn more. Is this your strategy? Would love to understand more.

@Taylor L., Thanks for the response.  We plan to keep our full time jobs for now while building passive income so we have the option to retire early. The goal is monthly cash flow while building wealth - also help pay for kids college in 15 -17 years.  We do have one investment property (out of state) that used to be our single family home (+ a dwelling unit). Cash flow is really good. We want more of this. We have excellent property managers so considered focusing on that market but it's hard to get #s to work there as well. 

BP has talked a lot about markets in SE with lower home costs....I'm intrigued but don't have a network.

Hello! I have 75K to invest and am JUST starting my investment journey. I live in an expensive market (Denver) so can't find opportunities where the math works here. Am open to out-of-state but not a clue where to start. Any recos would be greatly appreciated.
