@Natalia Latsios you are awesome to start at this early age!!! Consider buying a 3-4 flat as soon as you can where you can live in a unit and have the income from the other units pay for the entire building. This property will be your stepping stone to investing, as you'll learn about loans, tenant selection, managing a property, tax savings, construction, etc.

Thank you! Great advice. Currently, we are focusing on wholesaling just to get our foot in the real estate door, but soon I would like to expand to buy and holds. It is more a matter of finding an investor that can back us.

Thank you! It has been stressful but I am very dedicated to my future. I attend Millersville University. It is a state school in PA and I have chosen it because of the low tuition costs. I believe in getting an education but not at the price of an arm and a leg.

Personally, I am in college, have started my own company and have a part time job. Due to the fact I have my business set up I can now apply all my business classes to real estate investing. Yes, college is a good chunk of change and that is why I also have a part time job until my investment company generates enough income for me. I hated my GEN EDS but my business classes are valuable to learn the basics of finance, accounting, business law and managing. Which can be helpful in this field.
