After receiving a hard money loan, does school loans in good standing makes a difference in the decision when refinancing? I will be applying for hard money loans and refinancing under my LLC.. not sure if that matters?

Im new to real estate and wanted to know if most individuals go through companies to get business credit cards when starting off or apply themselves? If so, what credit cards do yall apply for with 0% APR for the first 12 months or greater?
