I am also from Dallas TX. I bought a duplex last year in Old brooklyn but its  a C class neighbourhood but income is good. I would say parma, Lakewood, clevelland heights, shaker height are B class with your price range.

I need help in quit claim deed transfer to my LLC. The home is in cleveland and I live in texas. Do you guys know anyone who can help for a minimum payment service fees. thanks

I need recommendation for PM company in Cleveland Ohio and I am out of state investor. I have a PM company now, but they are charging me arm and leg for work that is not even done, not providing me receipts or orders. Appreciation in advance.

Even though prices have hiked a lot in DFW, there are still some pockets which are moderately priced, Mansfield, Keller, Saginaw, Watauga and North richland hills are some of them.

Both Denton and Plano are expensive and ROI is low, I have invested in Rowlett and Keller, both sides you can find houses in and around 200k and the appreciation is also high. Plano has already peaked in prices.

I am CDIP specialist for Neurosurgery group. I have just closed on Duplex in Cleveland OH and will share my experience how it goes with PM company. I have future plans to invest in equity appreciation market.
