Thank you for creating this thread.

I would love to get as many eyes as I can before I make my next move. I just finished a deal and will have 50k cash to put into my next deal. I live in the Tampa Florida area and I’m looking in a pretty good radius. Our market here is pretty good and I would say I’m keen on which areas work in addition to what the trends are here. My plan is try to get a reputable wholesaler buy cash then find some sort of bridge loan to pay for the rehab. I think this is where I need more information when it comes to financing that rehab. After rehab I would refinance

Hey everyone

I’m one of the newer real estate investors, I am about to close on a deal very shortly. My area is a great area to invest in, people are buying houses like no ones business. Appreciation is also going very well, also there’s a lot of external development going on as well. However I am a little hesitant to get into another deal right now ( as a flip) with the pandemic and all. I’m just not sure how the housing market will be hit but then again do we every really know.
