If you or someone you know has a home you'd like to sell off-market for cash, my brokerage, Open Exchange Brokerage represents 3 large institutional buyers who are still buying homes-CASH. Even in this market!!! Criteria is as follows: Min 3 bed, 1100-3000 sq ft., 1980 or newer build. Sales price $400-.

Purchasing in the following cities Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Atlanta, Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Las Vegas, Indianapolis, Denver, Columbus, Salt Lake City, Greensboro, Greenville, and Reno.

Properties will be analyzed and they will send you a reasonable- Cash Offer. Simply reply to this post.

Serious sellers/realtors only.

Thanks for the help everyone.  Much appreciated.

I am considering purchasing a 1940's home that we will need to add sq. footage to and vault the ceiling.   Are there special considerations such as wiring and piping, that are specific to this type of home or do I treat it as any renovation.   This will be my first investment property, EVER.
