I'm a Calif DRE broker and if you do not have a broker's license and need a broker to work under, I'm available to be your broker.  Flat monthly fee for Real Estate agents and/or Property Managers.  Must have experience in Real Estate/Property Management, have good credentials, be honest, ethical and be willing to submit to a background check.

No, but i have a condo in Rocklin and a townhouse in Roseville and i'm thinking the same thing.  I had a mid term tenant last year that just needed one of my properties for a few months as they were moving from the bay area and buying a builder home here and needed a place until their new house was finished.  But i didn't offer it furnished, so the rent was close to the standard market rent for the area. I only needed it rented for a few months.
