Ow okay. Now I understand. 

I did research on the houses, house prices, rehab costs etc.

I also wonder why you chose to invest in Italy instead of Spain, Portugal, Austria, and other countries

Thank you for your response. I live in Castelo Branco. I first want to flip 2/3 properties in Castelo Branco where I live. And then I also want to flip in other cities and in the future some rental properties. But for now only flipping houses.

I life in Portugal and here there are so  many houses that can be flipped. Are there any flippers from Portugal who can tell me a bit about it. Because on YouTube and stuff like that is everything about flipping houses in America. And I cannot find anything about flipping in Portugal, Spain, Italy, etc.
