Hi All,

I'm looking to do a cash out refinance on a non owner occupied condo I own in Alexandria Virginia. I moved out of state but still have it as a rental.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good mortgage broker/lender that I can get in touch with?

thanks

fernando

You should reach out to one of the title companies. They have an attorney on staff that should be able to answer questions and draw up a contract for you.

Hi Alec, I would recommend going to the invest nwi Meetup in your area. It is run by knowledgeable people and many investors in the area attend it who can easily explain what areas in the region are good for house hacking and investing.

I agree with the above posts and increase your education while network with other local investors. You should attend any REIA meetings in the area. @Adrien C. hosts one out of Highland that is very informative.

best of luck.

Thanks all for your input. i'm leaning towards supplying all appliances to the tenant. Less headache for them and also less chance of them causing issues when they bring in and install appliances.
