I need to change my tax filing status from an LLC to SCORP. What date is the deadline to do that in December? Someone mentioned it's sometime in December for the 2019 tax year. Thanks

Delinquincy was about 4-5 years ago. He thought it was best to settle with the bank and just settled last year. It was for a credit card and the home is primary residence. Everything else has been paid on time and in full for over 20 years. 

Looking for a HELOC that is not traditional. My husband has a charge off and is not able to get a HELOC on our primary residence due to this. Other than that, he has great credit. Any recommendations greatly appreciated!

I bought a house through a short sale, rehabbed it, and put it on the market. I have a good offer but it's an FHA loan. The house is in Arizona. Is there a "cure date" or any wait time to sell through an FHA loan client? Thank you!
