My goal is to start Kleinemeier Properties as a Wholesale Real Estate business.  Kleinemeier is my last name.  Am I required to have a Real Estate License to do Wholesale Real Estate in Illinois.  What type of paper work do I need to start the business?  Really appreciate your insight.  Thanks so much for your help.

I am a new member from Aurora, IL.  My name is Nancy Kleinemeier.  At the present time, I am learning from Preston Ely on the Internet.  Since I do not have money to buy houses, my goal is real estate wholesaling.  By reading Preston's eBook I am to find wholesalers in my area and when I looked for wholesalers that is how I found BiggerPockets.
