Lots of square footage for the money. Needs work. Each side has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both sides rent for a total of $775/mo. Lot size and tax values reflect an additional lot being sold with this property. Restored to it's former glory, this craftsman style home could be a beautiful single family residence once again. The comps are all over the board with this one. Realistically, I would place the ARV between $90k-$95k. The property is not in a rural setting. The surrounding neighborhood homes seem to be well kept.

This house does need quite a bit of work and because of that, the seller will entertain all offers.
