started a management company mid year and have 60 doors under management. I plan on writing a summary for my clients and since this is my first time doing this, wanted to know if anyone will be kind to share with me if they have a written summary they will like to share to help me structure my first writeup for my clients. Hi Ayanna, I have used Hometap in the past and I think the speed of funding ,ease of application and not having monthly payments makes it a great product for an investor looking to grow their portfolio and be able to reinvest their cashflow.

    @Luke McKenzie I used Hometap for cash to buy an investment property and not having any monthly payments as a conventional heloc helped me stabilize the property without having the burden of monthly payments! Great product and easy process!
