Hello fellow real estate investors,

I am a new kid starting off in Real estate. I am currently living in California and need to learn more about real estate taxes, does anyone have a CPA (specialize in real estate) who they can refer to in Northern California?

Also, looking into building a process to track business expenses for real estate (travel, conference, gas, etcs). I heard of Quickbook was a solution, but wondering if anyone can share their experience. Many thanks in advance.

Hello All,

Does anyone knows of property maintenance software for rental properties? I am looking to set a reminder/checklist of tasks that my property management team needs to do every year to ensure the property stays up to date.

Any suggestions will be very helpful. Many thanks.

Hello All,

I recently joined Bigger Pocket after numerous referral and I must say this is a great place for information. I am planning to start investing in Out-Of-State and read up some forum regarding some basic to do before purchasing a property.

1.) Find a good management team

2.) Know the market you are investing in.

3.) Visit the site and the team to ensure you are doing it right.

Any other advice will greatly be appreciated. Thank you
