Hello,

I am out of state investor and have property in Rochester, NY. I have a property manager who manages the property. I do see he is collecting the rent, however he is not paying me and am in financial trouble. I have called and texted thousand times and he lies all the time. I am looking for an attorney to help. I have started calling lawyers but I believe I need litigation lawyer. I want to term with the current property manager asap and hire new one. I was also advised I can press charge the current PM, is that correct?

I also went through some old blogs, it sounds like the new PM should be able to work with the current PM and get the money.
Thank you for your help in advance.
