Hello Everyone,

I am wondering what everyone does to find tenant-buyers for lease options. I have a current lease option and would like some advice on finding potential tenant-buyers.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing everyones ideas.

Another quick idea would be to do some reconnaissance and find where people are putting their REI signs. Then, keep note of them for a decent period of time and if they are still in the same places, chances are they are leading to potential leads. Plus, if you find an area with a lot of signs, that could be a good indication of high-traffic, possibly high lead area.

Thank your for the Ideas! they are greatly appreciated.

:D

Welcome to the club and let me tell you that I have been thinking about moving to CO and I wanted to know what you thought about your own city and if it would be a good move?

Welcome once agian~

Colorado is a great place!

I have lived in arvada, loveland and now lafayette. I love all of them, Loveland was a small city that in the past few years has been growing rapidly. I still like it there has its close to the estes park and rocky mountain national park.

Lafayette is a great city as well, i kinda live in a newer area of it and close to the broomfield border.

Overall colorado is a great place and i love it. Good luck with your decision on moving here.

Hello,

I am Nick Kohlhepp from Lafayette, CO. I am just east of Boulder and just north of Denver.

I have been in real estate since 2002 when my dad introduced me to it and i learned from him. I dabbled in it for a couple of years and then met my current partner. We established a business model and buy and sell all types of real estate all over the country.

My main goal is to continue to expand and grow my own portfolio as well as the companies. We are working hard to become a "private bank/holding company"

I look forward to meeting many new people on here and expanding my knowledge as well as helping anyone i can.

Take care and look forward to getting to know you.
