Hello fellow BPs

What are your thoughts on investing in rental units in the MN? I am looking at duplexes to 10/12 units as my first rental investment. Is it wise to go into this market with the current situation landlords are facing. I am looking at Minneapolis and Saint Paul. What specific locations would you recommend?

Hi everyone,

I need some advice some advice I first wholesale property.  I have no a house in great move in condition. Owner is relocating and purchased the property last year. location is right by the heart of the protests so reselling hasn’t worked out for them. It’s listed for 300k. Listing agent told me they refused a cash offer of 280k. Is this still worth pursuing? Is this price point usually too high for buyers? Similar homes in the area are listed in 400+.

I appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance
