The best way is to find the deals, put some cash up and equity partners will find you. 

This is a joke right, why would anybody write a check for millions for a company with no track record. How much are you putting up for the 260 mill deal ?

You might wanna get  another attorney .You just can't tell a paying tenet to vacate their dwellings just so you can market the property , unless they choose to, they paid to live in peace and not get bugged by the PM . Be ready to get slam by a judge if tenant takes this to court . Good Luck

Decent area. rent is about 575 each. What would consider a fair offer ? The building is in a complex of like buildings . For your guys in the ATL how would you rate the listing ?
