Simon W. I am now more committed to do whatever it takes. I was really just afraid because I live in a pretty small area with a few big names in real estate. I was just thinking  "Why would anyone deal with me? I'm super new at this!" But now my thinking is the worst that could happen is a no and you still move on after that.

Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone had a way to start investing with no money down. I don't really understand the wholesale thing, and family is out of the question. Did anyone do something different and was still able to get started? I'm in Augusta, GA.

I'm Naeconda and I am totally new to all things real estate. I am now reading books and listening to the pod casts to try and find out how to get started. I am a respiratory therapist,  married with 3 children and I am looking into wholesale, flips, and rentals for income now, and income later! Looking forward to learning!
