Guys,

I've searched the forum and found a few postings on CPAs here in Austin (and Central TX), and I was wondering if anyone had anyone they worked with that they would really recommend.  I've got a few property LLCs but nothing major.

Thanks,

Nadav

Jared,

Did you ever get a hold of the CPA?  I'm in the market for someone similar.

Thanks,

Nadav

Rob,

Thanks. So far I've really been enjoying it. There's a lot of great content and the users have been very welcoming.  Are you in the Austin area?

Guys,

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. As for my future investment plans, I'm pretty open right now. If something pops up here in Austin worth getting involved in I definitely wouldn't pass it up. That said I am researching vacation rentals in San Juan Puerto Rico.

Guys,

I stumbled onto the site via a link on a vacation rental site and I'm fortunate to have followed that link here. After listening to a few of the podcasts, I thought it was time to finally take the plung and sign up for the forum.  That said I own two properties here in final capital of Texas.  Austin is a great town and has seen some big changes in the last 5 years.  I was fortunately to have purchase two homes in Central Austin before the market picked up.  I'm now looking for some new investment opportunities.
