Hey there!!

I have 9 single family homes ranging in price from just 65,000 to 430,000 and I know that most specialists would say not to pay for a cost segregation study as the values of these homes are under a certain threshold (have heard anywhere from at least 500k - 1m). Just wondering if there are any experiences or thoughts on KBKG cost segregation software (Residential Cost Segregator)? It is reasonably priced per property and seems that it has been created by engineers specifically for properties worth less than 1.2 million and has audit protection. I am a real estate professional and, combined with my husband, we are just a bit over the highest income tax bracket so this could make a difference. Also, these were put into business by and before 2022.
