I found good property and has lots of potential however need to find fund to purchase and repair. Is there any lender in Orlando that do private money lending with no down payment! Do points from the loan. If yes how much would be the loan from after repair value? If that is not the case, how it is usually works?

I am new investor in Orlando Area. Just start my company last month, and building my team. Do you any suggestion for wonderful CPA around the area that currently can work with new clients? I heard some CPAs can be not familiar with the industry or area. So i thought it would be nice to have like minded CPA who is also investor would be great.

Hello everyone, 

I am new investor in Orlando, FL. I am planning to get into foreclosure online auction. However, having little confusion and fear to start it. 

When i look at the auction online it always says the final judgement amount... Is this something i have to pay after i win the bed. Is it something i don't need to worry about?

Also do i have to pay title agent to check the title clean or not before i bet on property? Or dont need to worry about the title at all?

I would love to learn on foreclosure process in Orange County FL
