Thank you guys , I will update my post once I get those costs and I get this deal(it is on sale deal on the company website, the actual sell price is $20k ) on this Friday so I couldn’t able to reach out to the city.

Hello everyone, Can you guys tell me if this is a good deal. I own land 31’*122’=3782 Sq.ft located at East St.paul. After looking for manufacturing house. I get one which is 1bed and 1bath from Indiana house manufacturing company for $18,900( not including transportation cost for moving it from Indiana to Minnesota and the installation cost, ) , is this good deal ?
