I'm planning to find out. I've been to several other TREIA Meetings before, and they have all been good. Very positive worthwhile experiences, so I dont see why the newbie meeting would be an exception. Whether you are coming for the food and social interaction, to learn, to network or even to do deals, TREIA is where its at in the Triangle.

I'll be going to the next newbie meetup, I hope to see you there.

Congratulations on becoming a PRO Member as well.

I think your best bet would be joining a local REIA. My recommendation is TREIA .

They have a main monthly meeting the 3rd Tuesday of Every Month at 6pm and meetups every week. You will meet fellow investors and get to talk, share ideas, learn from each other, do deals together etc. They offer training regularly as well.

They are having a new investors meeting on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 6:00 PM. More details here: New Investors

I echo that. I use Google Voice and I'm able to receive calls and send texts without having a separate phone. It works for me. In fact, I no longer give out my carrier number, but use my Google voice number exclusively.

Do you really need a Guru or a coaching program or a mentor?

Can you really learn all you need from BP, Books, REIA meetings and online sources?

Is Ron Legrands bootcamp and accompanying info product really worth the high price tag?

Does anyone here have any success stories as a direct result of his training?
