@christophertelles No not necessarily. I would prefer to go 50/50 into a project with my own capital at risk. I was showing my particular skill set and allowing the other partner to match his/her skill set with mine so that I would be able to add value to the combination.  

I am open to many of the investment types.  From what I have heard of people getting started I think either single family houses or multifamily properties would be a good place to start.

I am looking to create a partnership with someone from the North County San Diego area to begin my real estate investing career.  I am strong with the financial side of real estate and have strong project management skills to manage multiple teams and activities simultaneously.  If these are the skills you are looking for in a partner please send me a message.  I am excited to get started and look forward to landing those first real estate deals!
