So, I think I managed to figure out how to add the information at the bottom of some of your replys. Frankly, this is basically a test to see if I did it right. Hopefully, now people can find me, if they are so inclinded and we can start some meaningful discussions about commercial real estate.

Yikes! $5,000 is obscene unless you have a complicated search function on the site and hundreds of pages like our site [REMOVED]. A basic static site with ordinary pages like home, about us, contact us, etc should be less than $1,000 and that includes some pretty nice graphic design. Shop around some more...especially now with everyone's marketing budget down there should be a lot of web designers out there looking for work.

OK, but the information on our blog is all about helping the little guy, so I thought it would be useful information.

I have spent the past 20 years consulting for buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, mostly office and industrial properties, although I have handled my share of retail and specialty properties (laboratories for instance) as well. In my years, I have read a lot of leases...a lot! Small business owners typically made big mistakes in negotiating their leases, while big companies had the best representation. Because of the experience I started a commercial real estate site for the little guy [REMOVED] and a blog where tenants and landlords can get useful information :D
