@Cliff H. Thank you my man. So basically people shoot videos just to shoot? Without any details on the pictures of tour they post on?

I’ll definitely would have a brief description on what they are looking at.

I'm looking to using a app or something reliable to send to cash buyers, contractors, and appraisals pictures and a virtual tour of the property after I get it under contract.

Do you guys have any recommendations on apps you guys use? I was going to use picasa but it's retired. Kind of thinking of doing iMovie but I dont know.

@David M. Thank you for your response.

I live in the state of NY and to start up a LLC cost 200$. I'm looking on zen business where they can create the LLC for me and it comes with feature such as rush filling service, register agent, and operating agreement, the EIN and other features. Which I probably spend 500 in total if I go with the premium route.

I’ll be doing my finances by one providing a low ball offer and then have a hard money or private money lender to fund my deals. Or If I decided to rehab the house for a better profit I would use creative financing depending on the deal.

I see what you are saying, I believe I'm going to take the main LLC route for deals that are restrictedly with homeowners/agents and big fix and flips to build and protect my brands. Then to wholesale deals I flip to a end buyer by flipping my LLC in their name then repeat that process. What do you think?
