Hey all,

Just beginning my real estate journey and a relatively new member of the BP community.  As a beginner, I’m still reading and listening to all the great advice and content out there, but tentatively working towards house hacking via a multi family property in Philadelphia.  Look forward to connecting with other members of the BP community.
