Post: Who should I hire for facebook ads?

Going to start Facebooks ads soon. I want to know if anyone here has a recommendation on companies I should consider. Thanks

All, I've gotten my trailer park ready for trailers. New underground electricity, septic tanks, water lines, fresh grading so the trailers sit in nicely. I just have no idea where to get a lease agreement and bylaws for the park. I want a clean and nice park for the tenants, so I know I need to have strict guidelines in place. Can anyone help me out here or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Everyone here who had a less than positive experience with Lima One needs to be sure to post a review on their google page. They won’t be held accountable unless we make the general public aware. A thread on PB does have an impact, but most people rely on Google more. It’s our responsibility to protect other investors. Here is a link to the review page.

I’ve been a fix and flip guy for several years now, but I want to build a buyers list and wholesale deals I don’t have an interest in flipping. I’m starting some marketing in the next couple weeks and want to begin building my buyers list and have a contract I can use in place.

If there is anyone who has a rock solid contract that can share it with me, I’d love to see. Also, I’d like some advice on building the buyers list. Thanks in advance everyone!

Yes it is an IRS lien. I think we are going to reach out and see if they will sign off. I just wanted to see if there was another option

I bought a property at the foreclosure sale. The order states "This property will be sold subject to the 120 day right of redemption of the United States of America"I'm trying to figure out is there a way I can get the 120 right of redemption removed. I think the only way I can sell it and close (before the 120 days) is to have that removed. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Not yet. I should have 2 in the next 60 days. Currently renovating the trailers.

I recently bought a trailer park that the owner let go to ruin after her husband died two years ago. There are 11 lots and I’m currently renovating 6 of the existing trailers. The others need to be trashed.

I paid 100k for the park, which was an amazing deal. However, I’d like to use some of the cash that I paid for the park to buy more mobile home for the other lots.

Not sure I can find a local bank that is interested in this, but hoping someone on bigger pockets would be. I don’t have tenants at the moment, but will likely have some in 60 days or less. Please message me with any questions or input. Thanks

Thanks for sharing. They need to be held accountable!

I’d get out now if I could. You are in for many more surprises and a huge down payment. Good luck. I’d try Finance of America. That is who I’ve been using. They are cheaper and more organized. They aren’t perfect, but they are much, much better than Lima One
