Well I just got out of college and started my corporate career so that’s why I don’t have the cash on hand yet. But as far as when you say low dollar entry amount, I have seen the pricing in Texas vary a lot. Properties are going anywhere from 25k to 150k cash at the auctions I’ve attended. I also like the idea of leveraging OPM which is what prompted my original post. 

I have been monitoring and researching the Tax deed process in Texas for the last 6 months. I have all the information I need to pull the trigger on my first transaction but I do want to know if anyone knows any ways to get financing for this unique strategy? Properties have to be purchased in cash the day of auction, so besides raising private money from friends and family, are there any private money lenders that will lend to me using this strategy?
