Thanks. So do you advise me to wait until I pay off all on my debt to start? I want to buy a fha home next January and then live in it for a year and after I graduate from my program and move I would like to rent it out.

I am currently in grad school and when I graduate along with my car loan I will have about $63,000 in debt. Is it better to pay off all my student loans and car loan first then start investing with my own money? I want to make the best decision for my credit score and finances.
