You may want to check your local broker offices for a new Realtor. They are far more amenable to running comps for you. Keep in mind, you should be compensating them in some fashion; either up front or on the back-end. None of us are in this for pure joy. Everyone expects to and should be, compensated for their time.

Also, you may want to look into one of the online services such as Haines v4i. These types of comparables should suffice because your Buyers are going to do their own Due Diligence no matter what.
