I'm Mya Auer from Jacksonville, FL, and I'm thrilled to be here. My passion lies in real estate investing, and I'm currently exploring the best strategy to kickstart my journey. I'm leaning towards long-term rentals (LTR) but am also eager to dive into fix-and-flip projects to generate quick capital.

I'm deeply committed to achieving financial freedom through passive income, and I believe real estate is the perfect avenue to reach this goal. I'm excited to connect, learn, and grow with this incredible community as I search for my first property.
