I guess I should of mentioned that the garage is not connected to the house. It's on the property, though. It's definitely an OLD garage.

Me and the fiance have just received a pre-approval from our lender to purchase our first property. Two weeks ago, everyone at our branch was notified that they would be closing down the branch. Since, we are actively seeking a home within the next few months, will this change of jobs make it difficult for us when it comes down to finalizing everything? The only way we can stay with the company is if we transfer to another branch. These days it seems people are holding onto their positions.

If I stay within the financial field, will that still look bad on me? Even if this is a very unfortunate situation?

We are looking into buying a house that was recently flipped. We will be going the FHA route. However, the garage was not touched at all. I'm afraid the inspector will reject the loan because of the garage. It has two boarded up windows, and a few floor boards that are tore up. Any assistance on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated!
