I just recently passed the exams to be a sales agent and am looking to start at an agency that will help me begin my career.  I have experience in property managent as well as project management for banks in IT.  Its a little daunting trying to figure out where I should be fine wise as well as location but hoping everything works out soon!

Hello all,

I was referred to this site by a friend and am hoping its as good as it seems!  I am having trouble figuring out what firm has the best training for new agents and can help me develop initially into a great agent and eventually broker.  Any advice is appreciated by anyone especially locals as it may be most relevant.  Im located in Queens and hope to find the right office that is located on the sides closest to Manhattan for flexibility.
