It seems like you have your heart set on Anna Maria Island, but if you would ever consider the east coast I have a similar deal that sounds like it might work for you! I have three cash flowing condos across from the beach in lovely Hutchinson Island, FL.  The sellers are seasoned AIRBNB hosts who love their properties but are ready to retire.
