Thanks much.

Thanks John. I will reach out to him.

Thank you. I will reach out to you shortly.

This question is more towards investors/landlords owning multi-family properties.

I am looking to hire a property management company before i purchase my first multifamily in chicago northwest suburbs.

Any recommendations?

I used to have couple of mortgage notes invested through my ROTH IRA. As time went by, i now have lot of mortgage notes. I tried tracking through excel and not very happy with that approach. I am sure there are other people who have lot of mortgage notes. I am curious to know 1) How do you manage and track if all the notes are paying timely? 2) Follow up mechanism used on defaulted notes? 3) Land contracts which puts onus on you on the real estate/utilities usage if there is a default payer?

I am interested to know if you use any kind of loan servicing software for these mortgage notes.
