I need names form Dallas Tx area..thank you

I am real estate investor and I looking to build rental portfolio. I need a local bank that can work with me in long term and be able to fund my deals in the future once I show positive cash flow through my LLC. People advice to with small local banks, But i need those name with whom you had good experience in Dallas, TX area ? Your help and reference is appreciated.

You can do with Zillow for free, I recently did it. it works well.

I have a property in Pennsylvania but I am out of state. Can i sign a lease my self with Tenant remote ? What are my challenges with this arrangement. The property under LLC and I am manager. Question is, should the property manager have to be in state or out of state is okay.? What are my future challenges with this arrangement? or its better to give it to Property management company

We have a property in Pittsburgh and its rented to students. we are seeing some challenges this year. I want to understand the steps to follow for students rentals and what are best practices that i can follow to avoid troubles. Some of the issues we have seen not paying rent on time. Not keeping the property well. ? How do we make overcome all this, do good background checks and make them more responsible etc.

Quick question to all Experts. We have a rental property in Slipper rock.we have paid all cash and now we would like to take cash out of the property and invest in to others. The property is under a LLC. What would be my strategies here to take cash out? The property is rented.

I spoke to a bank and he said, we can't do the loan if the investment property is under an LLC. Is this true..let me know creative ways to deal with it.

Hi Chris Thank you very much for your response and advice. I will keep you advice in mind while looking or renting. Let's see if we can work together for any deals. Right now I am actively looking for positive cash flow rental properties in Pittsburg area. Also I need an advice on good bank or creator union for loans. Murali
