As of right now I'm still anaylizing the market. I've had my eye on some SFH. Wouldn't mind duplexes, but there so expensive.

Hello all,

I'm a new investor in the San Diego market, and curious to know if you guys have any recommendations for CPA's and Attorneys with a specialization in real estate investing? I currently own a condo I'm living in, and looking to rent out in a couple of years. I also would like to acquire some duplexes/triplexes as well. Thank you for your assistance. Cheers!
