  • I’m turning 18 in 1.5 years I wanna start investing I already have a job and I’m saving money my question to you is that since the market might crash do you think that in 2.5(after I build my credit) yrs will the market be at an high again to the point where I’ll be too late to buy good properties at a low/good price or will it be low/median price.also can u professional real estate investors tell me how much you think an investment property of 4-10 apartment complex will be worth.please and thank you.

would someone answer the what these guys do and what are the benefits for new investors

can you have different lenders/banks to buy different houses.also can you have different lenders at the same time if so can that damage your credit.
