Launch Control and Batchleads. You should know how to stay compliant and it you know then you are good to go. I experienced more than 95% delivery rate and more than 20% response rate on Launch Control.

There are many platforms such as REIreply , Batchleads, Launch Control , Smarter Contacts , Lead Sherpa etc. I had best experience generating leads for my clients with Launch and Batchleads 

It's really expensive and you have to add the balance all the time which is annoying. What works well for me and my investors is Launch Control and Batchleads. Less expensive and more productive in my opinion. 

It's better to scrub but if you are pulling data from reputable resources such as Batchskip or Propstream then most of the time, it's already scrubbed. 

I used almost every SMS platform for my clients but I guess Launch Control and Batchleads are running smooth since 2020 for my 5 investors. We are generating tons of leads every month. There were some strategies to apply after compliance issues and you are good to go.
