Help BP friends - We recently closed on our next flip project. The former tenant was evicted by the previous owner but never removed all of his personal property (a house full of stuff). Can anyone tell me what I am required to do with the property? I want to give the tenant the opportunity to get his stuff but am I bound by any holding period where I have to store his belongings before I can donate or trash the stuff?

Any advice would be appreciated!
