@Mitch MesserI just sent you a friend request.  I am in a similar situation with a co-wholesaler that wants to work with me. I would love to work with more like-minded people and expand my reach as well.   Your insight would be most welcome.  Looking forward to your connection =]

Yes, please let us know how this one pans out.  This situation is sticky either way you decide to go.

Nice!

I have a friend who needs representation to handle her father's older mobile home.  I have never worked with buying/selling of MH and don't know where to start.

Anyone handling MH in or around La Verne CA?

Virtual Wholesaling or out-of-state flips is part of my long game.

@Blake Stevens I can definitely get you on our buyers list. I'll PM you.

Since your in Fort Collins... How's the market? Are SFR's still cashflowing or are the prices getting....well...pricey. Love to hear your feedback =]

Thanks for the info on the Northern CO meetup @Mindy Jensen. I will definitely let my team know to get involved there.

@Dan Mackin I am currently living in California, but I have partners living in Colorado.

My daughter is moving out to Loveland, CO to temporarily live with family next month so we will need a house to hack (or better yet a duplex) as soon as possible. She likes being part of the demo crew!

My current marketing strategy is bandit signs and direct mail. I'm getting updates from REIA groups out of Denver and Fort Collins but most of their deals are out of Denver, south of Denver or out-of-state (I'm not ready for that...Yet =])

Any insights on other methods to get the phone to ring?

@Mark Ferguson PS: I sent you an invite to connect.

Hey there BP Community!  Maria Hurtado here from Mahogany Bridge Investments. Tired of the grueling commute in Los Angeles, CA, I just put a team together to flip / wholesale in the Greeley / Ft Collins / Longmont areas.

I am relatively new to real estate investing, but I did do appraising back in the 90's and always liked checking out new places and ways to improve properties to highest and best use.  Although, I confess I like it when others do the work...lol.  I'm more of a research/numbers kinda gal and I can appreciate how technology has re-landscaped how investing is done today.

My goal is to use REI as a vehicle to allow me to travel (and relax) more. I have spent far too much time, energy and my health inside the corporate world doing for others rather than doing things that bring me joy with my family.

Well, that's me in a nutshell...

Anyone already flipping anywhere north of Denver? I would like to connect =]
