@ Joel Owens.Thank you for that great information. Reason I am leaning towards FHA is because I'm interested in a multifamily property priced at 42k that needs some TLC. I know FHA would also be able to loan an extra amount to cover repairs. So I am trying to find out if FHA would even loan me 42k? If not would you or anyone happen to know the lowest amount they would mortgage.
