Rob Beland thanks for the information, so depending on the profit margins it wont even be worth starting our own. Our goal was to start managing property to get some cash flow coming in that we would eventually turn to buy properties.

Hello everyone, myself and two other guys are trying to start a property management business in Georgia. I am aware that in Georgia you need a Brokers license to operate, My question is if you already work under a broker can you start your own property management company and is it worth it?
Thank you Sam Bagwell and Joel Owens , i will read through the links you both provided and if you dont mind, I will ask for further understanding.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Marion and I am new to the Real Estate Investment community. I currently work as an Accountant in the corporate world and I am looking for a new avenue to reach my dreams of financial freedom.

I have done research and attended a couple of Real Estate Investment workshops and have learned how it can free me from my current day to day life of basically just work and sleep. I am looking to build my network and connect with people with great knowledge on the industry who I can learn from and also assist them where needed. I am currently listening to the podcast and have already received a great deal of information that I have taken notes on. I have not yet purchased my first investment property and I know a lot of the messages say you just have to do it, my accountant nature kicks in of being careful and accurate with the numbers.

Again its nice to meet you all and I hope further relationships can be built.

Best Regards,

Marion
